懷著金剛石將成為21世紀工程材料的願景，6C Technology Limited於2012年在香港科學園成立。
我們專注於以經濟的方式開發生產最佳品質大尺寸金剛石的技術。我們已開發了2.45GHz和915MHz型微波等離子體化學氣相沉積（MPCVD）系統，成功生產出5.7"+金剛石晶圓。

我們不只是購買設備，而是自己製造。自2012年以來，我們的香港科學園研發中心一直是我們垂直整合技術棧的熔爐。
自主設計和組裝工業級2.45GHz和915MHz微波等離子體CVD系統。我們的硬體專為穩定的長時間生長周期而定制。
我們設計了反應器幾何形狀以優化等離子體密度和均勻性。這使我們能夠在保持單晶純度的同時實現商業化規模（5.7"+）。
從高純度氫氣生成（9N）到硼摻雜技術。我們的生長配方是13年迭代的結果，實現了矽無法匹配的半導體性能。
在香港最大的科技創新生態系統的支持下，6C Technology已從實驗室概念成長為科學園內的商業製造商。
