怀着金刚石将成为21世纪工程材料的愿景，6C Technology Limited于2012年在香港科学园成立。
我们专注于以经济的方式开发生产最佳品质大尺寸金刚石的技术。我们已开发了2.45GHz和915MHz型微波等离子体化学气相沉积（MPCVD）系统，成功生产出5.7"+金刚石晶圆。

自主设计和组装工业级2.45GHz和915MHz微波等离子体CVD系统。我们的硬件专为稳定的长时间生长周期而定制。
我们设计了反应器几何形状以优化等离子体密度和均匀性。这使我们能够在保持单晶纯度的同时实现商业化规模（5.7"+）。
从高纯度氢气生成（9N）到硼掺杂技术。我们的生长配方是13年迭代的结果，实现了硅无法匹配的半导体性能。
