Our Vision

The Diamond Age of
Engineering

6C Technology is translating complex science into tangible impact, building the foundations of the smart cities of tomorrow.

With the vision that diamond will be a 21st-century engineering material, 6C Technology Limited was established in the Hong Kong Science Park in 2012.

We specialize in developing technology to produce large-scale diamond of the best quality in an economical way. We have developed both 2.45GHz and 915MHz type Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (MPCVD) systems, successfully producing diamond wafers up to 6 inches.

Our Journey

2012

Establishment

Founded in HK Science Park with the vision of Diamond as a 21st-century material.

2016-2021

Incubation & Acceleration

Expert support from HKSTP programs. Developed proprietary 2.45GHz and 915MHz MPCVD equipment.

2024

Commercialization

Pivoting to semiconductor & deep tech industries with commercially ready products.

2025

Mass Production

Diamond NPI (2-6 inch products) entering global markets.

Homegrown Deep Tech

Fully Proprietary Innovation at HKSTP

We didn't just buy equipment; we built it. Since 2012, our R&D facility at Hong Kong Science Park has been the crucible for our vertically integrated technology stack.

Custom MPCVD Systems

In-house design and assembly of industrial-grade 2.45GHz and 915MHz Microwave Plasma CVD systems. Our hardware is tailored specifically for stable, long-duration growth cycles.

Proprietary Reactor Core

We engineered the reactor geometry to optimize plasma density and uniformity. This allows us to achieve commercial scale (5.7"+) while maintaining single-crystal purity.

Advanced Process Recipes

From high-purity Hydrogen generation (9N) to Boron-doping techniques. Our growth recipes are the result of 13 years of iteration, enabling semiconductor properties silicon cannot match.

Incubated & Accelerated by HKSTP

Supported by the region's largest I&T ecosystem, 6C Technology has grown from a lab concept to a commercial manufacturer within the Science Park campus.
